Concerning Inquiries

As a rule, we will respond to all inquiries by email but in some cases, depending on the content, the management department may respond directly by phone or in writing.

Depending on the nature of your inquiry, it may take some time to respond and, in some cases, we may be unable to respond to your request.

Please be aware that we may be unable respond to your request if there is an error in your email address, if a virus is detected or if there is a system error of some kind.

Inquiries received outside of business hours or on holidays (generally, Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year’s holidays, Golden Week and summer holidays) will be handled as soon as possible from the next working day. (Hours: weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00)
